Welcome to the family

Wayne's School of Motoring is a privately owned company that is based in the South East of England. During my start up  time I started working for a large driving school, and subsequently qualified in 2018 under the new part three which lead me to start my own driving school and still enjoys teaching whilst also allowing me to pick, train and pass on my knowledge to other team members who join and work for the family team. Wayne operates an 'OPEN' door policy and will always be on hand to provide support & assistance wherever possible to qualified instructors and trainees that choose to join the team.

Madhav Bhardwaj is the companies Business Development Manager. Madhav's Role is to develop & expand the company and has extensive backgound knowledge in this area which makes him a key member of the team. He also looks after the recruitment process for welcoming new and existing driving instructors that join the company providing continued support from start to finish.
